We are looking for an Area Manager for the Poland area that manages our retail own stores
Main responsibilities:
BUSINESS RESULTS & EFFICIENCY:
• Ensure excellent performance of assigned stores in terms of revenue and KPIs.
• Regularly analyze all commercial indicators and results, define action plans, and make timely decisions to develop the business.
• Regularly visit stores to assess the quality of work, service provided, and the correct application of company procedures.
• Organize regular follow-up meetings to align on achieved goals, setting priorities and actions to take.
• Contribute to the definition of the sales budget planning.
• Actively collaborate with the Merchandising department to ensure the correct product selection based on targeted market analysis and sales results, suggesting alternative proposals and improvement actions according to local needs and missed opportunities.
• Supervise CRM activities to ensure maximization, defining action plans when necessary.
• Actively contribute to the definition and maximization of vacation planning, considering business needs and ensuring high efficiency levels.
• Ensure that store activities are planned and assigned efficiently to maximize team productivity and efficiency.
• Analyze the impact of store initiatives and customer response.
• Continuously track current market trends, local retail initiatives, and competitor actions to contribute to the development of the current global industry overview and the definition of business strategies.
• Actively participate in internal alignment meetings (Market), sharing results and outlining defined solutions; constantly provide information on market trends, leveraging internal and external networks; identify opportunities and potential threats, and suggest actions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with a broad network of external stakeholders, service providers, shopping mall management, airports, etc.
TALENT MANAGEMENT & ACQUISITION:
• Provide constant coaching in all areas of store management, ensuring high team motivation through inspirational leadership.
• Ensure proper follow-up of Store Managers, guiding them and setting clear objectives and action plans based on their performance.
• Actively participate in the recruitment and search for sales teams, anticipating needs; actively promote the company’s Referral program to maximize team networks and ensure proper staffing levels.
• Coordinate new store integrations, ensuring presence during the onboarding process of managerial roles.
• Supervise and enhance training processes for the entire sales team; collaborate with the Academy to propose and promote targeted training interventions based on team needs.
• Supervise and enhance team evaluation processes, supporting the definition of development or corrective plans for resources.
• Create a talent pool within store teams to foster internal promotions and succession plans.
• Promote the exchange of best practices, continuous support among stores, and define mentoring activities.
• Manage conflicts with the guidance and support of human resources.
• Supervise and ensure that the team’s image is of high level in compliance with company guidelines, in terms of style, attitude, body language, and communication style; embody company values, acting as a Brand Ambassador inside and outside the store and empowering sales teams.
• Contribute to creating a company culture based on collaboration, trust, and a sense of belonging to the brand.
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE:
• Constantly monitor store stock levels and suggest actions to ensure maximization; supervise return activities in accordance with company procedures.
• Train and raise awareness among teams about the importance of omnichannel commercial initiatives to provide added value to customers and maximize sales.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring that the Boggi Milano sales ceremony is always correctly applied in all stores and propose training interventions where necessary.
• Supervise, in collaboration with Visual Merchandisers, Visual-in-store, and Store Managers, to ensure that the store’s image is always consistent with company standards and reflects the Premium essence of the brand.
It’s required a previous experience in a similar role preferably in a Fashion/Retail Company
