About the position:

Location: Katowice, Poland

Fixed-term contract for one year with the possibility to extension 

 

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Value Creation & Innovation Specialist to join our team in Katowice. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of Value Creation Projects and innovation initiatives, mainly within the Supply Chain area. This includes managing new innovations, roll-outs, and recipe changes according to agreed timelines.

You will act as a vital link between Innovation Managers at our factories and cross-functional teams such as Planning, Marketing, R&D, Procurement, and Quality. You’ll also provide strategic and operational support to the Repack Planning and Material Planning teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute Value Creation Project (VCP) plans efficiently and effectively.
• Represent End-to-End Supply Chain in cross-functional project teams focused on innovations, cost-saving initiatives, and network improvements.
• Coordinate and ensure on-time-in-full (OTIF) project delivery, from concept through to implementation.
• Manage functional stakeholder relationships across departments.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and supply chain risks throughout all project phases.
• Improve and streamline team processes within the cross-functional Planning & Innovation (P&I) team.
• Set up and support key processes (e.g., export documentation, project tracking tools).
• Take ownership of functional support tasks such as database and file management, and act as a key user for internal systems.
• Support the P&I Manager in executing large-scale strategic projects, including:
• Day-to-day project operations
• OTIF network monitoring
• Trial planning and execution
• Cost estimations and pricing validation.

 

So, what does it take to be successful in this role? 

• Minimum one year of experience in supply chain or logistics, or a university background in logistics, economics, or a related field.
• University degree in logistics, economics, or a related discipline.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong team player.
• Ability to work effectively under time pressure.
• Good overall computer skills, especially in MS Office (Excel in particular).
• Experience working with SAP is a strong asset.
