We are looking for Project Assistant to join Project Management team based in Valmet office in Jelenia Góra/Poland.

The team is responsible for providing Valmet management with relevant, reliable and up to date information about the project situation. In addition, team responsibilities include facilitation of monthly progress reporting internally and to customers, daily communication, project Set-Up, scheduling, risk management, budgeting, invoicing, warranty time management, customer documentation, site management.
As a Project Assistant you create, review and validate group monthly reporting and estimates including analytical work and act as a contact person to other Valmet units globally if necessary. Your responsibilities include development and maintenance of reports and reporting templates, procedures/instructions related to project management, as well as support to department manager and other team members.
In addition, you are responsible with other team members to take care of certain project management tasks, writing and distributing instructions, meeting memos, creating and filling different documents in project data bases, printing documentation for the customer.
You will also participate in reporting tools and process development initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in project management/business administration.
Project-minded person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
fluent in Polish and English (written and verbal)
Ability to work under pressure and work with tight schedules in a global, multicultural environment.
You have interest to analyze project data and forecasts, have understanding of management reporting and ability to quickly adopt new solutions and instructions.
You have basic understanding of financial tools and processes, knowledge of ERP, MS Office tools and excellent skills in MS Excel. Knowledge of Radar tool is an advantage.
Previous working experience on the same or similar position is an advantage.
