Job Description
Managing the control of ticket sales, delivering fast, accurate passenger revenue and segment data to the management and management information systems. Service delivery model includes coordinating ticket sales process, ensuring full compliance to industry requirements and reporting identified risks, exceptions and discrepancies.
Accountabilities
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports for OpCos, according to work instructions
Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports
Controlling flights and explaining the discrepancies
Preparing invoices based on commercial agreements
Controlling interline agreements
Closing of revenue systems
Analysing accounts and reconciling them
Maintaining documentation of processes and functional specifications updated
Providing evidences for internal and external auditors (ICFRs / SCIIFs)
Liaising with IT support regarding PRA system defects and daily errors
Qualifications
Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience
BS/MS degree in Finance, Economics or related field
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access)
Knowledge of Power Query, Power automate, VBA would be an asset
Knowledge of the airline industry and its solutions would be an asset
Timeliness and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Knowledge of OTC area would be an asset
Experience in an international environment
Fluency in Spanish
Fluency in English

GDS knowledge (AMADEUS)
Experience of operating across multiple countries and cultures
