Senior Chief Administration Officer - Vice President

Who we are looking for:

State Street is recruiting for a Senior Chief Administration Officer, Vice President responsible for the Poland Legal Entity oversight. The role holder will act as the central point of coordination across the Leadership team. The CAO role will include strategic, operational, project and administrative responsibilities across the legal entity, and will enable Poland’s management ability to execute on their priorities.

What you will be responsible for:

As Senior Chief Administration Officer, Vice President, you will provide:

Strategic Support: Assist Poland’s Leadership team in executing strategy through goals setting process and execution tracking

Strategic alignment: Align Poland’s strategic plan with Global Delivery and regional SSBI strategies, working closely with the Branch Head. Provide comprehensive operational support to ensure consistent messaging across continental Europe.

Poland Branch Governance and Compliance: Ensure Poland Branch is compliant with regulatory requirements and appropriate governance practises are in place

Executive content management: develop and execute a comprehensive executive content on a legal entity level that aligns with the company’s strategy and objectives. Conduct in-depth research, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content consistency and alignment across messaging. Act as central point of coordination and communication for legal entity executive requests.

Advisory role: Provide consulting and advisory services to senior management, overseeing governance business administration and strategic initiatives for the legal entity

Process optimization: Streamline and optimize processes and governance frameworks under management, as well as management information reporting to meet business needs

Continuous improvement and control focus: Identify recommend improvements to strategic processes, controls and best practice, always keeping in mind a culture of risk excellence with high ethical standards

Stakeholder communication: Facilitate understanding of Poland’s strategy and priorities among stakeholders

Employee Engagement: Coordinate employee engagement initiatives across Poland and ensure corporate alignment

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel for executive presentations
  • Experience with management reporting and presentations to senior level governance committees Proven leader, strong communicator, consultative approach

Master’s Degree in accounting, finance, business, administration or equivalent and 10+ years of relevant experience in Governance, Management, Finance, Management Information
