Core to Netflix’s success is the engineering teams that build and find new innovative ways for Netflix to scale and personalize for our global audience.  Our Warsaw office engineering teams build products that our internal and external creative partners use to deliver Netflix titles to delight members around the world. 

We are looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Talent team in the Warsaw office. The role will focus on Talent strategy execution for multiple engineering verticals located in the Warsaw hub. It will function as the frontline consultant for engineering people managers, and their teams (small-scope teams and orgs reporting out to Los Gatos, California). The key area of focus for the HRBP is to grow manager capability, monitor organizational health, and drive high performance through manager education on important people programs, tools, and processes. 

The HRBP role is a new role based in Warsaw. It reports to the Director, HR Business Partner - CEE and works closely with the broader Talent team, specifically our US colleagues.
