As a Payroll Specialist for Austria, based in our Poznań office, you will:
Support Austrian payroll processes and ensure smooth and timely execution
Maintain employee data and ensure compliance with local regulations and requirements
Be a point of contact for employees and managers on payroll-related topics
Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to solve day-to-day challenges
Contribute to process improvements and digitalization initiatives
You will take part in a one-month onboarding program in Austria
Ideally, you will bring with you:
University degree in HR, Payroll, Finance or a related field – or equivalent practical experience
At least 2 years of experience in payroll – experience with Austrian or German payroll is a plus
Excellent command of both German and English (written and spoken) – this is essential
Strong communication skills and great attention to detail
Ability to manage time, organize and prioritize tasks independently
Positive can-do-mindset, collaborative, flexible, resourceful, desire to grow, learn and advance
Experience working with Microsoft office packages and HCM systems
Ability to always maintain confidentiality

Contract of employment
