Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Development and optimization of promotional, trigger-based, and transactional communications;
- Improvement of existing and exploration of new communication channels;
- Working with metrics: Retention Rate, Reactivation Rate, MAU, DAU, Bonus Rate;
- Audience segmentation: working with cohorts and user groups;
- Setting up and launching promotional mechanisms for different types of audiences;
- Setting up and executing communications;
- Formulating and testing hypotheses to improve company performance;
- Automating successful test results;
- Collaborating with other company departments.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in the gambling industry;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Adaptability, responsibility, flexibility;
- Readiness for high workload and dynamic environment;
- Proficiency in Ukrainian;
- Knowledge and understanding of sports events.
