Sr MS Dynamics CRM Business analyst

Principal responsibilities

1. Participates in every aspect of the solution implementation from analyzing the customer’s business requirements to configuring and testing the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet the customer’s needs

2. Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current business processes and identifying opportunities for improvements

3. Provides in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluates the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality

4. Fully utilizes Microsoft Technology and ALM stack (VSTS, PowerApps etc)

5. Provides ongoing input to the delivery practice through suggestions and implementations of practice improvements

6. Responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected

7. Responsible for configuring and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics application to achieve the customer’s business requirements

8. Responsible for conducting acceptance testing and training customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics application

Qualification

1. Senior level consulting experience in Microsoft Dynamics application with focus on business modeling and solutions implementation

1. Candidate should have at least 8+ years of Microsoft Dynamics D365 Customer Service implementation experience and have participated in a minimum of 3 complete life cycle implementations. Should have knowledge of case lifecycle & management, SLA, security roles. Knowledge of Unified routing preferred.

2. Good understanding of existing Microsoft ALM stack and experience using it

3. Ability to use VSTS/TFS as a consulting task tracking tool

4. Complete understanding and following Process-driven implementation approach

5. Demonstrated ability to:

- Analyze and understand business problems

- Apply high-level solution architecture and design (Functional and/or Technical)

- Analyze, understand, and dissect business processes and re-engineer with best practices

- Document and capture business requirements and processes properly

- Model data and processes

- Conduct workshops and training sessions

- Plan and carry out system and user acceptance testing

- Provide professional support
