Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as Store Manager in Krakow and ensure that our LEGO® brand, vision and values are visible in all store operations and interactions with guests. Empower your team to increase sales while providing a unique experience for every customer!

Demonstrate results-orientation by meeting and exceeding key performance indicators, overcoming obstacles and uncertainty, monitoring business processes, maintaining impeccable merchandising and cleanliness standards, and improving efficiency and profit by maintaining robust operational practices.
Be a role model in your interactions with customers, by acting according to our service model, striving to score as high as possible in monthly mystery shopping, increasing repeat business by creating NPS promoters, inspiring and training merchants to consistently deliver exceptional experiences.
Lead your team to continuous success by recruiting and developing a highly productive and collaborative team, communicate through active coaching and performance management, inspire your team to deliver proprietary experience through ongoing training, providing product knowledge and customer service.

Experience in managing people in a retail environment
Knowledge of POS sales systems
Loss prevention and cash management
Recruitment, selection and training of employees
Preparation of work schedules and cooperation with the payroll department
Ability to manage performance and resolve conflicts
Experience in visual merchandising and retail space management
Effective organizational, verbal, and written skills
Advanced level English
