As a (Qualified) Field Service Engineer, you will be performing services and maintenance activities on our customers' site/property includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), managing maintenance facilities, repairing and refurbishing sold or existing products from various segments (CT/NM/MRI).
In this role you will be also developing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships with customer representatives, ensuring Customer Satisfaction in the assigned areas.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- On-site life extension, repairing and inspection-related service activities for installed equipment.
- Total system level troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom problems.
- Daily interfacing with doctors and technicians on equipment status issues and acting to ensure satisfaction to primary customers.
- Assisting in Account Sales visits: help with training others where necessary, identifying sales opportunities and communicating to account team.
- Assisting in the growth and direction of business in geographic area.
- Responsibly completing all administration tasks on time and ensuring timely completion of inspections documentation for assigned accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in technical field.
- Technical analytical skills.
- Field Services experience (experience within healthcare industry would be a huge asset).
- Ability to work in field and valid drive license.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
- Ability to work independently with minimum direction.
