We are currently looking for a HR & Payroll Expert ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.This role is a mixture of payroll and HR Administration duties:
Cooperation with external companies to ensure the payroll process runs smoothly,
Maintain database of personnel information and accurate payroll records,
Creating B2B and employment contracts and amendments,
Distributing documents related to employment (medical check referrals, contracts and others), and taking care of documents flow in HR related field,
Keeping track of employees budgets spending and providing it for payroll processing (development, multisport, private medical care),
Making sure that health & safety trainings and medical checks are done by employees in a timely manner,
Onboarding and offboarding processes related to payroll duties,
Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits, coordinate with providers, and assist in benefits-related inquiries.
Visas processes for relocated employees,
Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems, update payroll details, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations,
Procedures/regulations updating (related to payroll),
Updating templates of documents,
Processing data and preparing information for accounting team,
Responding to employees queries about payroll
A minimum of 3 years of experience in independent payroll processing, preferably in an international context,
Deep knowledge and experience in payroll processing for Poland, nice to have any knowledge around France, Spain and Portugal,
Nice to have: ability to use advanced Excel functions, formulas, and tools to manage and analyse payroll data,
Fluent in English and Polish to effectively communicate in a multinational environment and local authorities,
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling payroll data,
Ability to identify and resolve payroll-related issues efficiently,
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams,
Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision,
Availability to work a minimum of one day a week in our Warsaw office
