The Avery
The Avery combines condominium homes, rental apartments and street-level uses in San Francisco’s Transbay district. OMA designed the tower, with condominium interiors by Clodagh. The building combines condominium and rental residences. Related’s opening announcement describes a three-floor amenity collection with an indoor lap pool, fitness centre, demonstration kitchen, private dining, workspaces and a landscaped outdoor terrace.
