Kalae
Kalae is a residential building within Ward Village in Honolulu. Courtyards, water features and shared outdoor spaces shape the project’s concept, connecting new apartments with the district’s developing park and street network. The 38-storey tower is designed with 330 one-, two- and three-bedroom residences. Club-style amenities are concentrated on level five, while the ground-floor Mālie courtyards provide indoor–outdoor gathering spaces. The published programme includes a resident manager, security and dedicated storage for bicycles and boards.
