BUWOG Spreewinkel
BUWOG Spreewinkel is a planned 141-apartment development at Kupferkamp in Berlin-Niederschöneweide. Five residential buildings are designed with one- to four-room apartments, balconies or terraces and access from underground parking. The proposed scheme uses timber-hybrid construction and includes planted communal areas and a children’s playground. It forms a distinct part of the wider Wohnwerk neighbourhood on the southern bank of the Spree; neighbouring buildings follow their own construction schedules.
