RHYTHM Charoennakhon Iconic

RHYTHM Charoennakhon Iconic is a 29-storey condominium on Charoen Nakhon Road, across from ICONSIAM. AP Thailand and Mitsubishi Estate developed the project as a joint venture. Its 577 residences are offered in simplex and double-volume configurations, with a separate shop excluded from the residential total. Shared amenities include a saltwater pool, residents’ lounges and gym facilities, with further communal spaces on the upper levels. The Khlong Ton Sai location places the project beside Bangkok’s river-oriented shopping and transport district.
