The architectural story

The project in context

Deep projecting balconies spread around the white facade like branches, extending everyday living outdoors. Their changing directions create a striking silhouette while giving the apartments a strong relationship with the surrounding city and the Lez river.

The 17-storey mixed-use building combines housing with a restaurant, gallery, offices and a panoramic bar. The architect records delivery in May 2019. No current property availability or sale prices are verified here.
