The Capston at Embassy Gardens
The Capston adds a further residential chapter to Embassy Gardens in Nine Elms. Two connected buildings and a shared garden form the project’s core, set within an established neighbourhood of homes, restaurants and cultural spaces. Ballymore describes 247 residences across two buildings connected by a ground-floor pavilion and Japanese-inspired gardens. The collection spans studios to three-bedroom penthouses. Planned shared rooms include an artists’ parlour, library, drawing room and private dining space, with a wellness centre and round-the-clock concierge.
