BUWOG Havellichter
Havellichter combines apartments and semi-detached houses along the Havel in Spandau. Building groups, planted outdoor areas and access towards the riverside promenade make the relationship between housing and water the central editorial theme. BUWOG distinguishes Uferhäuser, Dünenhäuser and Deichhäuser within the 284-home scheme. The Uferhäuser are arranged over ground and upper floors, with 4.5 rooms and approximately 126 m² of living area. Their terraces lead to private gardens. These house specifications do not describe every apartment in the development.

BUWOG’s 12 March 2026 announcement confirms construction start and phased occupancy from 2028. The 284-home total includes 267 apartments and 17 semi-detached homes.
