BUWOG Havelgalerie
Havelgalerie is an ensemble of apartment buildings close to the Havel promenade. Landscaped courtyards and balconies connect the homes to Spandau’s waterside setting, providing a completed counterpart to nearby developments still being built. The completed ensemble comprises six apartment buildings and 130 homes. Every apartment has a balcony or terrace, and most are described as barrier-free. Layouts range from compact one-room homes to four-room apartments; German room counts include the living room.
