Harbourside Residences

Harbourside Residences forms the residential part of Mirvac’s redevelopment at Darling Harbour. The project pairs harbour-side apartments with a wider mix of retail, workplaces and public space, placing the tower within Sydney’s changing waterfront. The residential tower is planned with 263 homes across 48 levels, from one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom residences and penthouses. Mirvac describes separate indoor and outdoor pools and wellness spaces; these are proposed facilities, not a confirmation that they are already operating.

Mirvac’s 2026 investor reporting confirms construction underway. Precinct and residential delivery dates must be distinguished; do not treat completion of retail space as completion of every apartment.
