The architectural story
The project in context
A four-storey opening cuts through the glazed facade. A shared route between floors six and nine connects planted terraces and communal spaces inspired by Colorado’s foothills and canyons. The contrast between the regular glass grid and the soft, eroded-looking surfaces gives the project its distinctive identity.
A rooftop terrace adds a pool, spa and garden. MAD lists the project period as 2019–2024. This profile documents the architecture; current rental availability and prices are not verified.
