The Vesta Residences

The Vesta Residences is a two-block residential project within SkySierra in Setiawangsa. Its 1,001 apartments are divided between 535 homes in Block A and 466 in Block B. The developer publishes three layout sizes, ranging from two-bedroom homes to three-bedroom-plus arrangements. A shared podium and rooftop programme combine recreation, work and family spaces, including pool facilities, gardens and a gym. The profile covers Vesta specifically, rather than treating the wider SkySierra master development as a single apartment project.

The official location plan places Vesta at SkySierra in Setiawangsa near AEON Mall AU2 and Bukit Dinding. The advertised MRT3 station is proposed, not an operating connection. The project website’s Google Maps link currently leads to a SkyWorld sales gallery in Bukit Jalil; it is excluded from the project coordinates.
