TwelveTrees Park — Evergreen Point
Evergreen Point is an apartment building in the first phase of TwelveTrees Park. Its West Ham location and residents’ work and leisure spaces place it within a much longer regeneration programme, whose later phases remain separate. Evergreen Point contains 205 homes in a 32-storey tower, including studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. It is the first building launched within TwelveTrees Park, with residents-only facilities located in the building. The current official page advertises homes ready to move into.

Location & surroundings
The site is at West Ham in Zone 2, with a new station entrance associated with the development. Later TwelveTrees Park buildings and regeneration works are separate from Evergreen Point.

The developer identifies Evergreen Point as part of Phase 1 and currently advertises ready-to-move-in homes. Completion applies to the delivered collection, not the entire 22-year masterplan.
