Mah Sing’s 2025 annual report lists M Nova as ongoing. The official site-progress gallery provides dated July 2026 photographs of the development and its surrounding works, reviewed on 17 October 2026. No percentage is published for this update. The report’s Q3 2026 project target differs from the A/B microsite disclosure’s February 2028 target; no confirmed A/B handover date or whole-project completion is asserted.
