Mah Sing’s 2025 annual report explicitly classifies M Luna as completed and states delivery in Q4 2024. The 2024 report’s 63% vacant-possession figure was a historical handover reading and is not a construction percentage or today’s handover total. Completed status is supported by the completion report, not inferred from sold-out marketing.
