One High Line
One High Line pairs two residential towers near the High Line and Hudson River. Bjarke Ingels Group’s building forms and the contrasting interior approaches create an architectural story rooted in West Chelsea’s waterfront setting. The two towers were designed by Bjarke Ingels Group, with interiors by Gilles & Boissier and Gabellini Sheppard. A double-height glazed bridge lounge connects the buildings. The High Line Club adds shared fitness and leisure facilities, while hotel-related services have separate access and charging arrangements.
