Highforest
Highforest is a Mirvac residential community at 55 Coonara Avenue in West Pennant Hills, Sydney. The published project scope comprises 249 apartments and 165 houses on a site of approximately 258,700 m² beside Cumberland State Forest. Mirvac’s four apartment buildings sit within a wider programme of homes, parks and resident facilities. The current project website advertises completed residences, while the wider community is being delivered in stages. Apartment residents have a dedicated Banksia Lounge with work and entertaining spaces. Further park and club facilities have later forecast dates, so the availability of completed homes does not mean the whole community programme is finished.

Progress & timeline
Phased development. Mirvac’s July 2026 construction update reports completed facades on all four apartment buildings. The current project site advertises completed homes, with further pocket parks forecast for late 2026, the forest park for mid-2027 and Highforest Club for mid-2028. Under construction refers to the wider programme, not a claim that all residences are unfinished. Forecast dates remain subject to change.
