Sobha Elwood
Sobha Elwood presents a villa community organised around landscaped outdoor space. Larger family homes and the relationship between houses and shared greenery give it a different residential character from Dubai’s high-rise developments. The community offers four-, five- and six-bedroom villas, with selected layouts including additional staff, guest and storage rooms. Sobha describes a forest-inspired landscape, gardens, walking and cycling routes, and shared sport and recreation spaces. The overall community covers approximately 929,000 m².
