One Tower is a residential high-rise on Balneário Camboriú’s oceanfront. Its position along Avenida Atlântica places vertical apartment living in direct conversation with the city’s beach and densely built coastal strip. CTBUH’s completion report describes 70 residential storeys and an architectural height of 290 m. Five lifts operate at a stated speed of 5 m/s, using active roller-guide technology to reduce cabin movement. CTBUH records the building’s completion ceremony in December 2022.
