Riverlands by Mirvac
Riverlands by Mirvac is a phased housing community on the former Riverlands Golf Course in Milperra, beside the Georges River. The developer describes approximately 350 freestanding and duplex homes across a site of about 180,000 m², with three- to five-bedroom layouts. The masterplan includes The Green, a planned residents’ recreation area with a pool, tennis court, playground and outdoor dining. Proposed public foreshore paths are part of the wider landscape programme and may be delivered separately from homes.
