The Dumont
The Dumont is a completed residential-led development on London’s Albert Embankment, opposite Tate Britain. Designed through a collaboration between David Walker Architects and EPR, the project comprises 186 apartments over 30 storeys, with retail, office and café space at the lower levels. Residents’ facilities include a private cinema, bowling and pool room, and a lounge, dining room and roof terrace on the twelfth floor. The developer also identifies pool, gym and spa facilities at the neighbouring Corniche building; these are separate from The Dumont’s own amenity rooms.
