Concord Canada House
Concord Canada House adds two residential towers to CityPlace near the CN Tower and Rogers Centre. Its proposed high-level shared facilities and waterfront context make it an identifiable Toronto project, with delivery status kept separate for each tower. The developer describes a SkyGym on level 71 and a SkyLounge on level 82. A level-ten outdoor space is designed to alternate between a summer reflective pool and winter skating rink. These are the marketed amenity locations; they do not establish the separate towers’ full floor counts or occupancy dates.
