Curvo Residences

Curvo Residences forms the final residential phase of SkyArena in Setapak. The two residential blocks contain 830 homes, split between 448 in Block A and 382 in Block B. Published layouts offer larger family apartments with three or four bedrooms. The developer’s communal programme includes pool areas, gardens and rooftop spaces. Curvo is treated as its own project: the earlier Ascenda and Bennington residences are separate phases of the wider SkyArena development.

The project is part of SkyArena in Setapak, near the existing Ascenda and Bennington residential phases and the SkyArena sports complex. The location point represents the project parcel; the separate SkyWorld Gallery north of the site is excluded.

Official TEDUH record 30176-1 lists both residential components at 100%, with CCC on 5 February 2026 and vacant possession on 12 February 2026. Together they cover all 830 homes. This supports SkyWorld’s June 2026 report of completion in the first calendar quarter. Dates are register entries retrieved on 17 October 2026, not confirmation that every individual buyer has taken possession.
