The Cortland
The Cortland is a waterfront condominium at West 22nd Street in Chelsea. Robert A. M. Stern Architects and Olson Kundig collaborated on its brick architecture and interiors. The completed collection contains 144 residences. Its published amenity programme includes a 75-foot pool, fitness and yoga/Pilates spaces, squash and basketball courts, a golf simulator and dedicated children’s activity rooms.
