Administer and support Veritas NetBackup (v8, v9, v10), OpsCenter, and IT Analytics;
Manage Quantum robotics, Data Domain VTLs, and SAN Switches;
Handle day-to-day operations on Linux and Windows Server environments;
Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot backup systems and related infrastructure;
Provide 2nd/3rd line technical support, resolve incidents and service requests;
Develop automation scripts (Shell, PowerShell), capacity planning, and reporting;
Collaborate with networking, storage, and application teams.
