Our Finance & Strategy team specializes in tailored solutions to address our clients’ complex and evolving needs—offering strategic insight and hands-on support across M&A transactions, due diligence, capital raisings, private placements, and corporate strategy.

As we continue to grow, we are looking to hire an Analyst to support the team’s Associates in delivering exceptional results across a wide range of client engagements.

 

Description:

  • Join LGG Advisors’ growing Finance & Strategy team, with offices in Porto, Lisbon, London, and Madrid.
  • Support high-impact consulting projects in areas such as M&A, Due Diligence, Capital Raising, Private Placements, and Corporate Strategy.
  • Work directly with Associates and interact with global clients from the US, Europe, and the Middle East.
  • Engage in complex, fast-paced environments with strong learning and development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to Associates on client-related projects.
  • Manage daily communication and troubleshooting with high-profile clients.
  • Prepare client-facing presentations, pitch-books, and perform data analysis and financial modelling.
  • Handle day-to-day correspondence with clients and their representatives.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a similar field.
  • Fluency in English at a proficient level (education or work experience in an English-speaking environment is a plus).
  • Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint (advanced level).
  • Interest in the financial services industry and good awareness of the sector.
  • Availability to travel within Europe.
  • Eligibility for IEFP’s professional internship.

  • Advanced technical and analytical skills in Corporate Finance.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Adaptability and willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 

Diferentials:

  • Previous experience in international markets.
  • Exposure to cross-border transactions.
  • Additional languages beyond English and Portuguese.
