We are looking for a talented and accomplished Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team.
As a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, your daily responsibilities will include:
Leadership Excellence: Lead and inspire a team of 10 Talent Acquisition Managers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Strategic Staffing: Ensure effective staffing of our sites with quality associates, emphasizing employee retention as a top priority.
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine qualification criteria for each position
Be the main point of contact and develop influential relationships with Operations and Clients POC
Community Engagement: Act as a company advocate within the community, cultivating relationships with external sources to identify top-tier candidates.
Innovative Recruitment Strategies: Utilize diverse sourcing techniques, including website postings, employee referral programs, and various low-cost recruitment sources.
Efficient Processes: Design and implement community relations programs that enhance recruitment strategies, building a pool of qualified applicants to expedite the hiring process.
Legal Compliance: Stay abreast of federal and state employment laws, applying best practices in employment and creating processes that are efficient, effective, and customer-focused.
Educational Leadership: Educate managers on employment law, design and place employment advertising, and monitor selection criteria and testing techniques.
Global Perspective: Demonstrate expertise in local employment laws, successfully recruiting agents globally to meet high-volume recruitment demands.
Business Partnership: Establish and maintain strong business relationships internally and externally, positively influencing others and presenting a compelling company image.
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
Experience:
2+ years' experience as a Recruitment Manager in a global or matrix organization.
Proven success in delivering recruitment solutions that add value to the business and its employees.
Experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
Skills/Abilities/Knowledge:
Strong perception and evaluation abilities.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver with a positive "can-do" attitude.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Decision-making skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, technology adoption, and AI generative tools.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Other European language will be a plus.
Education:
Business-related college degree or equivalent combination of education and HR or general business experience.
Languages:
Excellent conversational and written knowledge in English.
Tools and Applications:
Proficient in MS Office tools; familiarity with internal tools like SAP SuccessFactors and Harver is a plus.
Knowledge of AI generative tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, and similar technologies is advantageous.
