Super opportunity to lead the rooms operations at the cluster Novotel and Mercure Lisboa! We are looking for a new Cluster Rooms Division Manager!
What we expect from you:
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will lead all rooms operations for both Novotel and Mercure Lisboa hotels, overlooking a total of 353 rooms and more than 50 Heartists.
Lead the daily operation of the Rooms Division department, including recruitment, training, operational setup, and team development.
Strong leadership and “lead by example” attitude with the two main focus being guests and Heartists.
Ensure the seamless setup and operation of all guest room services, public areas and departments such as Front Office, Reservations and Housekeeping.
Maintain Novotel´s service standards, ensuring they are integrated into all guest touchpoints and performing regular self-audits.
Cultivate a high-performance culture within the Rooms Division, motivating and guiding a team of passionate and service-driven professionals.
Monitor hotel´s Reputation Performance Score, proactively addressing opportunities for improvement of guest satisfaction.
Understand and monitor budget and financial performance of the Rooms Division, ensuring cost control and operational efficiency while maintaining the expected level of service.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel-wide operations and an elevated guest experience.
Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental standards, as well as local regulations.
Drive innovation within the Rooms Division department.
Qualificações

Experience working in a truly global work environment.
Strong understanding of the operational and logistical aspects involved.
Strong customer orientation, emotional intelligence, and credibility, with a sense of commitment and accountability.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
Leadership skills that inspire and unify teams around common goals, striving for excellence in both quality and financial outcomes.
Financial management experience with the ability to control budgets and achieve cost efficiencies.
Passionate about delivering a high level experience to guests.
Fluency in Portuguese and English
Creative thinking and the ability to embrace innovation while maintaining operational excellence.
Familiarity with hospitality management software (e.g., FOLS, OPERA) is crucial.
