About the role

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Customer Lifecycle Team, part of the Growth & Retention stream. This team is on a mission to drive long-term user value by shaping key lifecycle moments: onboarding, activation (aha-moment), reactivation, retention, and ongoing engagement.

You’ll play a leading role in designing the experiences that make users feel at home with Tabby — from their very first interaction to becoming loyal, repeat customers. Your goal: help users see and feel the value of Tabby in their everyday lives.

This includes building personalized, meaningful journeys that adapt to each user’s needs, behaviours, and shopping preferences.
