Job Description
- Collaborate in defining clear and measurable project objectives, aligned with business and IT team needs.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and reporting deviations, risks, and potential issues.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and other stakeholders.
- Participate in the identification and implementation of improvements in the IT team's project management processes.
- Ensure the quality of project deliverables, guaranteeing compliance with defined requirements and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Interest in IT project management and the system development life cycle.
- Good interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical and non-technical information clearly.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Ability to proactively identify and solve problems.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different profiles.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Visio, Microsoft Project).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
