ROLEThe Head of Procurement - Tech, Fintech and Digital Marketing will lead procurement teams for a portfolio of goods and services within this category space. Develops category and contract management strategies at a macro level across the business, setting the direction for in-country and global categories. Will guide teams in the delivery of their projects, initiatives, and contract management plans, while ensuring effective program planning, resourcing, and delivery. Acts as a lead point of contact with senior stakeholders, fostering effective and balanced relationships across the business. Develops, coaches, and performance manages the team, inspiring them to grow professionally and achieve their full potential. 
This role encompasses four key activities: people leadership, leadership of procurement category and contract management strategies, delivery of the category program, and senior stakeholder engagement.
