We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst to join our BI Team, with a dedicated focus on supporting the Commercial Team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis, funnel analysis, and commercial performance metrics to deliver actionable insights that drive revenue growth and sales efficiency. You will act as a bridge between data analysis and commercial strategy, enabling data-driven decisions and optimizing commercial operations.
Act as a dedicated BI partner to the Commercial Team, providing insights to improve sales performance, pipeline management, and revenue generation.
Conduct funnel analysis to understand and optimize the sales process, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales operations and strategies.
Monitor and report on key sales performance metrics, including pipeline health, win rates, deal velocity, average deal size, etc
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards in Power BI, providing stakeholders with visibility into sales performance and funnel progression.
Use SQL to query and manipulate data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with commercial leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations based on data insights.
Support forecasting efforts by analyzing historical data and trends, enabling accurate revenue projections.
Stay updated on sales trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance reporting and analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on B2B SaaS GTM performance and funnel analysis.
Intermediate skills in SQL for querying and analyzing data.
Expertise in Power BI (or similar tools) for creating dashboards, visualizations, and reports.
Strong understanding of sales metrics and KPIs, such as Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Lead Conversion Rates, and Sales Cycle Length.
Proven experience in conducting and interpreting funnel analysis to optimize sales processes.
Exceptional communication skills to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for the sales team.
Experience collaborating with V- and C-level stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
