ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:

To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we are looking for a Junior analytical accountant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Participate in monthly closing activities : data extraction, preparation of accounting entries, and verification of information used to produce monthly reporting statements,
• Ensure accurate analytical allocations,
• Manage intercompany re-invoicing processes,
•Contribute to the optimization of reporting tools and the development of new ones,
• Support the implementation of tools for control, decision-making, and business performance management.

Minimum/Essential Skills/Qualifications

 

PROFILE:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Previous experience in finance or accounting role at least 2 years of experience,
• Good level of English,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with an accounting software or ERP is a plus (e.g., ORACLE, SAP, etc.),
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work autonomously as well as in a cross-functional team environment.
