At Medtronic Aortic, we are expanding our team and launching new technologies to improve the patients’ outcomes. We are looking for a Sales Representative to help in the sales at the south region of Portugal. The position will be located in Lisbon and will involve frequent travelling to support customers.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Promote and sell Medtronic’s products and services within the assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets 
  • Responsible for Size, Plan and give support during Aortic procedures 
  • Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with healthcare professionals 
  • Implement market development plans/strategies and make changes as needed 
  • Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders, including R&D, Operations, and Marketing 


Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Min 5 years' experience in a sales role in healthcare/medical (device) industry
  • University degree in life-science, engineering (Cardiac Physiologist, Nurse, Biomedical engineering, electrical,) or other relevant degree 
  • Fluent in English (reading, conversation, and writing) 
  • Computer literacy is a must, clean driver’s license and willingness to travel intensively 
  • Willingness to work with physicians, nurses, and hospital technicians and provide expert technical support in the operating room in the hospitals
