YOUR TASKS

• Global commissioning of Nordex groups wind farm controller (CWE & SGCS), mostly remote

• Area of responsibility: commissioning of wind farm controller, controller interfaces and preparation of grid code testing

• Regular contact and communication to the clients' experts to elaborate project-specific requirements, testing and solutions

• Gain experiences of running and closing windfarm controller projects

• Support of negotiations with customers, subcontractors and suppliers

• Testing and improving processes within the Windfarm Control Operations department together with the department leads

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Technology, Electronics, IT, telecommunications or other equivalent technical education;

• Broad knowledge of wind farm controller tools and processes;

• Grid operator interfaces and customer interfaces like: Hardwired, Modbus TCP, IEC 60870-5-101, IEC 60870-5-104, OPC UA, DNP3, Root cause analyses tools like wire shark, PLC commissioning, Grid Code Testing, PCMS - Parameter Configuration and Management System;

• Certificate to act as electrically skilled person (German: Elektrofachkraft) are helpful;

• Knowledge about wind turbine technologies is beneficial;

• Self-responsible, structured and solution-oriented working;

• Very good communication skills, strong planning- and organizational skills;

• Intercultural understanding, ability to work productively in multitask teams and team player attitude;

• Willingness to go on business trips;
