YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You control invoices related to transportation and vehicle registration.
You manage administrative tasks associated with our vehicles.
You handle vehicle-related documents, including registration folders, insurance papers, and key duplicates.
You enter data for new vehicle deliveries into the internal system.
You implement and monitor billing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
You ensure accurate and timely processing of all vehicle-related documentation.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Experience: Solid background in fleet management and administrative tasks.
Tools/Systems: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage documentation and vehicle logistics processes.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in invoice control and data entry, minimizing errors.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and a keen eye for detail.
Languages: Fluency in both English & French is mandatory.
