YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You control invoices related to transportation and vehicle registration.

• You manage administrative tasks associated with our vehicles.

• You handle vehicle-related documents, including registration folders, insurance papers, and key duplicates.

• You enter data for new vehicle deliveries into the internal system.

• You implement and monitor billing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.

• You ensure accurate and timely processing of all vehicle-related documentation.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience: Solid background in fleet management and administrative tasks.

• Tools/Systems: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).

• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage documentation and vehicle logistics processes.

• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in invoice control and data entry, minimizing errors.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and a keen eye for detail.

• Languages: Fluency in both English & French is mandatory.
