We are currently seeking a Client Success Engineer to join our passionate and high-performing team. This is a chance to make your mark on a rapidly growing team at Archer.

Position Overview: 

 The Consultant is responsible for developing and configuring Archer risk management solutions to clients in the region. The role requires an understanding of relevant technologies as well as a basic understanding of risk management, and the ability to work cross-functionally in teams. The consultant relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, and a degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Key duties of role:

Specific responsibilities include:
• Support requirements gathering and solution design activities
• Configure Archer solutions based on customer requirements
• Support pre-sales activities
• Perform systems integration and data migration
• Troubleshoot and optimize Archer solutions
• Quality assurance and testing activities
• Training and knowledge transfer
• Solution documentation

Required Skills
• Understanding of risk management principles and best practices
Consultative aptitude to provide proven recommendations to customers
• Ability to lead workshops and analyze business requirements
• Ability to act independently and exercise good judgment
• Work cross functionally and in teams
• Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in consultancy roles
• Knowledge of Archer as well as related technologies such as IIS, SQL, XML etc.
• Technical skills to facilitate configuration, interoperability and integration efforts
• Experience from test and /QA procedures
