NewEast Isuzu KSA is a leading automotive company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, specializing in the sale of Isuzu vehicles. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tele Sales Supervisor to join our team.
As a Tele Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our tele sales team. You will be responsible for managing a team of tele sales representatives, ensuring they meet their sales targets and providing them with the necessary support and guidance to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of tele sales representatives, providing them with training, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to achieve targets
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss sales performance, goals, and provide feedback
- Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare and present regular reports to management on team performance and sales trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
