Job Focus:
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
To provide medical and scientific information to healthcare professionals in response to their specific requests for Pfizer to present clinical data about marketed products and reactively important scientific information on new products, or those in development
To develop and maintain medical and scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals.
To provide geographical focus and customer knowledge and insights, as members of Medical and Scientific Affairs team, to the development of the in-country medical plans and to feed into above-country and global medical plans.
To develop and maintain ongoing cross-functional working relationships with Pfizer colleagues in alignment with Pfizer SOPs
Requirements
Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) in a relevant field with 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
Strong scientific and clinical knowledge in vaccinology and/or public health is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to interpret and present complex scientific data.
Experience in developing and maintaining professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as required (50% of time).
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
The MSL reports to the in-country vaccines and anti-infectives senior medical manager
